Dear Rainbow,

Whenever I look at you, in real life or in my imagination, you never fail to put a smile on my face. Just as true as the colors you radiate, you never fail to give hope to the ones looking at you. You never fail to give smile to the lonely ones. But most of all, you never fail to give just what you’ve got by just mere existing.

Rainbow, some people I know are just like you. They exist to be the hope and happiness of other people. They vibrantly shine on the most gloomy days. They unendingly give without asking anything in return. They exist, to be one of the many reasons of people to be happy and to stay happy.

And so, I owe you this 11th letter. To the mighty rainbow that is sometimes shy, forever caring, and never ailing, here’s a kiss from me to you!

the girl who believes in a pot of gold located at the end of a rainbow

While writing this letter, I realized one thing about life in general: the start is a struggle, the middle is enduring and sometimes, full of hope, the end, full of wisdom.

The pot of gold, I now get it. It is wisdom. A treasure that can’t be priced with any tag. A jewel that each person should have. A valuable key to a better living, that is what this pot of gold really meant. So did you just read that my dear rainbow? your myths, legends, have deeper meaning, it can create a whole new breed of optimism.
