Dear Shayne today,

You usually don’t take night drinks if it’s not a Friday night but today, you did it. And it’s only Thursday. For one, that is bad because it will give you a hard time waking up tomorrow and going to work. But the good side of it is that because, as you know even before, there are some stories that are best heard with drinks on the side. And for that reason, I salute you.

Shayne, please acknowledge the blessings surrounding you. The people around you who are hurting, but still fighting. The people filled with scars but uses those as wisdom, as a guide. Acknowledge them and treasure every single word that comes out from them for they will serve as a valuable asset in your future. Keep them and learn also how to release them.

Always remember to give the benefit of the doubt. Always remember that life is a continuous cycle of give and receive, if the other person stops giving/receiving, it may be the end of it, but it may also be the beginning of something. Also, always remember that there will always be happy beginnings, rocky roads, and struggling endings, but keep the faith, never give up, and if you feel like there’s nowhere else to go, just look at the stars and appreciate how they still shine for you, even during daylight.
