Sorry, you must possibly be one of the most abused words. People always use you for many reasons: to prevent awkward feelings toward other people, to prevent hurting other people, to mean that you are truly guilty for what you did, and also, to say that we are sorry for plainly being ourselves. Why? because it may be hard for other people to accept us, for just being “ourselves”.

Which then leads us to the next question: Why in the world will you ask for forgiveness, if what the world asked you in the first place, was just to be “yourself”?
