I’m afraid.
I have always been afraid and unfortunately, that’s also the end of it. I don’t act on it, so it stays within me. This has given me a lot of missed opportunities throughout the years. My fear, then, evolves into a greater loss which is: regret.
I’ve often wondered about the “What If’s” and rarely bothered about “What Is.”
But later on, I learned that it is but natural to feel afraid and that I shouldn’t be ashamed or afraid to feel afraid. The mantra should be: I’m afraid, but I still do it anyway.
Being fearless doesn’t mean that being boldly brave. It is about having fears, but doing something about it.
