For the past few days, I’ve been having a difficult time sleeping. It only became a problem when I had a shift change, from night to morning. Since I’m a night owl, sleeping early was difficult. Imagine getting up earlier than the usual, much harder. So for my lack of sleep, I feel like my body is compensating on eating too much. It’s like I want to eat everything I see! So for that, I’m expecting to gain a few more pounds in the next coming days. I just wish I can somehow control my appetite.
