Italian film fest
There were free screenings of Italian films at Greenbelt 3 this weekend so me and my friends grabbed the opportunity and watched two films.
First was the L’INTERVALLO (The Interval). The film was a day in the life but with a twist. It’s told in a very simple manner, very realistic that it had me almost sleepy at some point but what kept me awake the whole time was the cliffhanger. The film was such a tease. I liked it simplicity, nonetheless.
The second film was MAGNIFICA PRESENZA (Maginificent Presence) which was a horror comedy film.
I’m not really a fan of horror films but I’m a big fan of comedy and the mix of the thing I love and the thing I hate is nothing but irresistible. And I have no regrets on watching this film. The script, the story, the actors, the costume, the setting, everything was superb. I highly recommend it.
The exciting part of these film showing was you get to meet the actors before the show. And afterwards, they’ll entertain questions from the audience. Isn’t it exciting? The Italian film fest show started last Dec. 4 and will end tomorrow, Dec. 9. Grab the chance. Don’t miss great films! Watch and learn!
